AI-Powered Property Valuation Disrupts India’s Real Estate Market
AI is changing how India’s real estate market operates. Property valuation is emerging as a key area where AI can improve speed, accuracy and data analysis. AI tools can assess large volumes of market data and identify pricing trends faster. They can also support developers, investors and homebuyers with better property decisions. As adoption grows, AI could accelerate processes and bring greater efficiency to the Indian real estate sector.
AI adoption is also gaining ground in real estate. An EY-Parthenon-CREDAI report estimates that GenAI can raise sales velocity by 30–50% and speed up product launches by around 30%. It can also help developers assess 2.5 times more opportunities.
From property valuation to market analysis, AI is helping bring greater speed and accuracy to the sector. It can process large amounts of data and support faster decisions. As its use grows, AI could accelerate growth and bring further changes to India’s real estate market.

The technology is also helping reduce delays across the real estate value chain. EY states that deal evaluation cycles can shrink by around 50%, while companies can assess up to 2.5 times more opportunities. AI can therefore shift real estate decisions from instinct-led assessments towards data-informed decisions, with pricing and market intelligence becoming an important part of this shift.

India’s real estate sector is entering structural maturity, where technology is shaping execution certainty, transparency and capital efficiency. With asset monetisation through InvITs and REITs amounting to USD15.8 billion and institutional investments of USD4.3 billion in 2025, expectations around data integrity and governance are rising. Government led initiatives such as Digital India Land Records Modernisation Programme (DILRMP), with over 97.3 per cent digitisation of land records and registrations, are lowering structural risk and strengthening investor confidence.
